

Joe Perrott Ceo
Joe is an experienced entrepreneur and founder. He has worked in Europe, US and China over the past two decades. He has raised VC funding for his own IoT business and worked with founders globally to assist in them raising over $250m.
Joe spent eight years living in China, helping ship over 100 million hardware products. He was part of the PCH team that grew to $1.4 billion is sales revenue. Joe lead a multi-disciplined $80m business unit during that phenomenal growth period.
With a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Joe started out his career in China as a product development engineer. He worked on designing and optimising production lines capable of producing tens of thousands of products daily. He quickly moved into Operations, where he was responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget for some of the worlds largest companies.
In 2012, Joe moved back to Europe and spent the next 5 years travelling between San Francisco and Shenzhen, China. As Director of Startup Champions in PCH International, Joe worked with over 100 new and fast growing businesses as part of the PCH Investment portfolio. Many of these companies have gone on to raise over $250m combined and have launched their products globally.
In 2017, Joe co-founded Remote Signals. An IoT company focusing on Low Powered Networks. Remote Signals successfully raised VC funding and have customers across Europe. Remote Signals won numerous awards, from best Agri-Engineering Startup, Cork Young Entrepreneur of the year 2018, and Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers Cork. Joe was runner up in Ireland's young Entrepreneur (best business idea category) in 2018.
Joe is a seasoned professional with excellent global experience in engineering, manufacturing, overseas development and growing startups from a zero base to launch and fundraising. He has overseen the growth of some serious companies

Steve Kehoe Marketing Director
Steve originally trained in Business Management & Marketing in the UK in 1988 and had a successful career in Hotel Management.
On returning to Ireland he set up Irelands first successful online IT recruitment website called IT appointments which was acquired by TMP in 2001.
Steve worked in Tracking and Security solutions and sold this business in 2013 to Medicare Health.
In 2014 he founded Tracknstop. He set about designing and programming a tracker, to stop a vehicle while even in motion. He took the idea from concept to prototype and launch.
Many roadblocks were put in the way, but eventually, Steve completed the design, worked on and delivered a full working model, and successfully got his USA and Ireland patent.
Steve was a runner up in the Web summit and also won Hatch best new technology and one to watch. He sold his shares to the new management team in 2018.
Steve has experience of advising Policing authorities, OEM’s and Governments on Vehicle theft, security, IoT safety integration. He worked on a confidential policing panel for a number of years.
He has also worked all over the world with different companies in the UAE, China and USA, advising them on their approach, technical issues and launching.
He has successfully advised companies including Element Labs Intl, in Shenzhen about their marketing strategy, their story and their branding message for their launch in Europe.
